Where insight, healing, and growth connect.
Building inner bridges to healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
Compassionate, values-based care for where you are and where you’re going
I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine understanding. At Inner Bridge Counseling, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. The name Inner Bridge reflects my belief that growth and healing happen by strengthening the connection between where you are now and where you want to be, emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
My clinical experience includes work in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, as well as individual and group counseling. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related experiences. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with integration of mindfulness and practical, skills-based strategies to support flexibility and resilience.
Therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and authenticity. Rather than focusing on labels or “fixing” problems, I support clients in developing self-awareness, reconnecting with their values, and building an inner bridge toward meaningful, sustainable change. No matter your background or where you are in your journey, I am committed to meeting you with compassion and care.
